High pressure lances

High pressure nozzle holder
Driven by an electric rotary drive or an electric motor with a rotary feedthrough, the plate-shaped nozzle holders or nozzle hubs ensure a reproducible and high-quality Surface deburring, for example when removing tinsel from cylinder heads, housings for electromobility and, in general, from components from the power train sector.
High pressure valves

HP valves, for safe and low-pulse switching on/off of consumers, as well as for switching high-pressure processes in the automotive industry and automotive supply industry.
Suitable for processing with the high pressure water jet (HPWJ). The special and energetically optimized design is causal for a low pressure loss in the valve body.
High pressure linear units
HD linear units are required for a linear and uniform movement of the high-pressure system, consisting of high-pressure lance and rotary drive.
The high-quality design, with a focus on energy efficiency, the use of durable system components, enables the demonstrably successful use in wet areas, e.g. on high-pressure deburring systems.
The system design ensures a high life cycle in three-shift operation, even under the influence of high-pressure spray water.

High speed deburring - HSD
With the help of special tools individually adapted to the process, reproducible and efficient deburring is ensured.
Bore intersections inside workpieces can be reliably deburred.
Examples of applications are the deburring of oil channel bores in drive shafts and camshafts, bore intersections in electric motor housings or gearboxes.
The specially developed step tool enables the simultaneous deburring of bores through the Main bore with different diameters.
The reproducible and low-wear removal of burrs with the special HSD deburring tool increases component quality and process efficiency.
With the special tool, both internal and external deburring of rotationally symmetrical shapes on workpieces can be carried out.
